Q: Where are your locations?
A: Our office is located in Litchfield Park.
Q: What are your commission splits?
A: We have 4 different 100% commission programs to fit any business plan.
1) 100% Commission Plan = $40.00 per month ($200.00 per transaction fee)
2) 100% Commission Plan = $100.00 per month ($150.00 per transaction fee)
3) 100% Commission Plan = $250.00 per month ($100.00 per transaction fee)
4) 100% Commission Plan = $500.00 per month ($50.00 per transaction fee)
Q: Are there any split commission programs (i.e. 80%/20%) to choose from?
A: No. Home Execs Realty understands how much work it takes to sell real estate and believes that our associates should earn their full commission. For this reason we have implemented the most competative 100% commission plans to fit any real estate agent business plan.
Q: Is there an annual, monthly, or per transaction Franchise Fee?
A: No.
Q: Is there a Startup Fee to become an associate?
A: No
Q: Is there an annual, monthly, or per transaction E&O (Errors & Omissions) Fee?
A: There is no annual or monthly E&O Fee. There is only a $35.00 per transaction E&O Fee.
Q: Does it cost me to use the copy, fax, or printer machines?
A: No
Q: Is there training for new or experienced agents?
A: Yes. We strive to provide a high level of excellence to all of the agents in the company, whether you are a new agent in the business or an experienced professional in real estate. Our in house training programs and outside assisted training classes provide a true insight and refreshing outlook for all levels of experience in real estate.
Q: Can I establish a team within the company?
A: Yes. The Team Manager must be on the $250.00 or $500.00 monthly Commission Plan to establish a team with a seperate agreement. All other members of the team can choose any of the 100% commission plan avaialble.
Q: Is there a husband and wife team discount?
A: Yes. Husband and wife teams will be considered 2 for 1 on any commission plan structure.
Q: How long does it take to get a commission check once the file has closed?
A: Checks are disbursed to agents within 24 - 48 hours in most cases, unless the completed file or check was received after 2:00 pm on friday or on the weekend. Then the check will be disbursed to the agent within 24 - 48 business hours.
