For Owners we can arrange to furnish the properties for you if need be, provide spa packages, entertainment packages, and a cleaning service for the clientele to enjoy and utilize while they stay at your property. These options make your property unique to the potential renter to consider when looking for a property to rent during these events for either a short or long stay.
For Those Wanting to Rent a Property, we can put together a rental package that will suit your needs for a minimum of four days to weeks at a time during these special events. If you require a specific size of property or a property with special needs, our company specializes in meeting your requirements. We are corporate friendly and are able to arrange properties to accommodate large groups. Let us work hard for you.
Requirements
For Owners we arrange the look of the listing on the website for you. What we require is for the owner to provide a description of the property in length to get a clear idea in words as to what the property features are and what will be included in the rental agreement process. A representative of Home Execs Realty will setup an appointment to meet with you in person to go over the terms and conditions of using our service in detail along with take photos of the property in question. To initiate the listing there is a $250.00 non-refundable startup fee. This fee is utilized for additional web search advertising and local newspaper advertising in potential Superbowl markets.
For Those Wanting to Rent a Property will be required to complete an application questionnaire. This will need to be done by the individual(s) responsible for the property of interest. This questionnaire may result in a credit application or background check to be done on all individuals responsible for the property of interest. Once a property has been chosen, the interested party has 24 hours to review the proposed rental agreement for that property. If the property is accepted the expected renter is to wire the full monetary rental commitment within 24 hours of acceptance. All properties being reserved within 10 days of the Superbowl Event must use Electronic Wire to transfer funds. This is to ensure the monetary funds have been received in time and that the renter has secured a place to stay while in town.
Policy / Disclosure
For Owners there is no guarantee that your property will be rented for this special event time period. Home Execs Realty offers a professional and reliable service to assist owners in the process of renting their properties during special events, such as Barrett Jackson Auction, FBR Golf Open and Super Bowl 2015. Home Execs Realty recommends cleaning services, pool services, landscaping services, golf resort programs, entertainment packages, salon and massage services, furniture rental services, and transportation services. However, Home Execs Realty does not guarantee the quality, workmanship or professionalism for each company referred and every owner should investigate and inquire with these companies before accepting any services or programs from them. In consideration of having Home Execs Realty List a property on this website the owner will indemnify the broker and any agent affiliated to Home Execs Realty harmless from all damages, losses, liabilities, and any expenses incurred, including but not limited to attorney's fees and losses resulting from the acceptance to our listing agreement and any rental agreement received directly or indirectly from the advertising and assistance of Home Execs Realty. Owners may also request changes to their advertised properties by e-mailing us at ForRent@Superbowl2015Rentals.com.
Requested Changes will appear on the website within 48 hours of submission. The listing period will start the day the listing agreement has been signed and will terminate at 11:59pm on 2/28/2015.
For Those Wanting to Rent a Property should thoroughly investigate the property of interest before making a final decision to make any deposits. Pictures on the website or received by any additional source should not be considered as professional photography and could be construed to obtain a high interest of the individual property. However all pictures received have been verified in fact as pictures of each specific property. All facts and figures have been provided by the owner specifically and Home Execs Realty shall be held harmless to the variance of the individual property. In consideration that Home Execs Realty is the contracted company to advertise and negotiate on behalf of the owner to attract potential occupants for this time period. All properties on this website are individually owned and the potential renter(s) will indemnify the broker and any agent affiliated to Home Execs Realty harmless from all damages, losses, liabilities, and any expenses incurred, including but not limited to attorney's fees and losses resulting from the acceptance of our rental agreement received directly or indirectly from Home Execs Realty or the individual owner of each property.
